I didn't receive a confirmation email when I placed my order.
If your order was successfully completed online, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and your order number. If you didn't receive this email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder--sometimes they end up in there. If you did NOT receive a confirmation email at all, your order did not complete in our online system and you will not be charged for the items.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders are shipped via USPS or First Class mail and ship within 3-5 business days if your item is in stock and can take an additional 5-7 days to arrive. If we do not have an item in stock, it can take up to two weeks or more to ship. You will receive an email confirmation when your package has shipped. Please note that our shipping department is closed Saturday and Sunday.
